Sleep apnea impacts more than 936 million people worldwide, but most don’t know they suffer from a sleep disorder.
As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, I grew brand awareness and provided helpful resources through our social channels to increase engagement, followers and customer service response rate.
My role & strategy:
Led ResMed Americas social media content strategy, account/agency management, and tactical execution.
Shifted content strategy to closer align with the patient's journey stages. This led to relevant messaging and resources for every stage and emotional state.
Led paid social ad strategy, target audience demographics, ad spend parameters and creative direction.
Analyzed and reported social performance to internal and external stakeholders.
